The Accountant will provide day to day support to the Accounting Manager. You will serve as the primary person to coordinate and execute key procedures and prepare journal entries and reconciliations as part of the monthly close process, with a focus on revenue and margin reporting. This role will also support the financial reporting process.
In the role of a Technical Support Specialist you are to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services while maintaining all documentation in SalesForce. This role is remote and will be based on the west coast.
