Virginia Tech adds ChyronHego’s Sports FX Engine to their team roster as they prepare for the launch of the ACC Network on ESPN.
“Our number one goal with the ACC Network launch next fall is to get all of our sports as much exposure as much as we can on a national platform, and be able to tell the stories of our student-athletes and get our brand out there”, says Eric Frey, Senior Director of ACC Network Operations at Virginia Tech. “The Sports FX Engine through ChyronHego allows us to do that on another level. It is absolutely a bell-and-whistle technology, and it helps us set ourselves apart from everyone else in the Conference.”
Watch as Virginia Tech’s HokieVision puts the Sports FX Engine through the paces across 22 different sports, taking full advantage of the Paint Telestrator, Virtual Placement Ad Insertion, and the Down & Distance virtuosity of Virtual 1st.
