Mike Truex, President and CFO

Mike is the President & Chief Financial Officer of ChyronHego where he is responsible for the direct management of the Chyron, Tracab and Hego businesses.  Mike has more than a decade of finance experience in PE-backed technology companies and a proven track record of leading financial teams to success. Prior to joining Chyron, he served as CFO at Vision, a cloud-based CMS provider for local and state government agencies. Prior to his role there, Mike was a professional at several technology and software PE firms.

Mike started his career as a CPA at KPMG, was an investment banker at Bank of America in New York, and a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from UCLA, a Master of Accounting from USC and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine. In addition to Mike’s professional achievements, Mike enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and cooking. He plays pick-up soccer and goes to the beach with the family on the weekends when he can.
